Fiora will buy this as a last item replacing Boots, typically into tank heavy enemies, it helps remove Armor really well

Blade of the Ruined King

Fiora might not even buy this item anymore, because the on-hit is weaker, the active is gone, and the low Attack Damage

Bloodthister

Fiora will not typically buy this item because she prefers the utility of other items more

Chempunk Chainsword

Fiora will buy this fourth when facing healing heavy enemies, usually buying Executioner's Calling before second completed item for early reduction

Death's Dance

Fiora will buy this third or fourth into Physical Damage heavy enemies, great at negating any damage in most instances too

Essence Reaver

Fiora will rarely buy this, generally the item is strong but will make Fiora extremely squishy

Guardian's Angel

Fiora will buy this as a sixth item, when the enemy is Physical and Burst heavy, plus if she has to teamfight

Guinsoo's Rageblade

Fiora will not buy this because although she can build Immortal Shieldbow... the cost for this item and the stats it gives is not worth it

Hullbreaker

Fiora loves this item as it increases her split pushing power immensely; typically it is recommended to buy it as a third or even fourth item because it depends on how the game is going

Manamune

Fiora generally doesn't buy this item because a Tear of the Goddess is needed early, which not only gives no damage, but takes forever to stack and be useful
